About Health Hope Zambia
Health Hope Zambia (HHZ) was founded in September 2011 by Perth businessman Brendan Clark. HHZ is now highly regarded by the Zambian government and well respected by the Zambian community for providing comprehensive health care and community services in rural Zambia. HHZ is making a huge impact within the rural communities through their mobile medical clinics, school feeding programs and outreach programs. We believe in supporting the local community so all of our staff are from the local communities we operate within and all the goods we purchase are from local farms and medical stores.
Our School Feeding program is a joint venture program between HHZ and Gene Simmons, the front man of the Rock Band KISS. Due to the success of this program and the positive impact on school attendance we have expanded the program by 85,000 meals per annum with the support of some special individuals.
In September 2013 HHZ formally adopt the malnutrition ward at Zambia’s largest hospital which is supported by their ride4life charity bike ride.
At HHZ we pride ourselves on our unique approach ensuring 100% of our donations make it to the intended use and those in need!
